Please remember that we are not a commercial organisation and our trip leaders are volunteers. All our trips are free, but if the trip involves car pooling, we share the cost of fuel, and also a charge of 20c per kilometer to cover wear and tear on the car.

Do not book on a trip unless you are committed, because space on each trip is restricted. If you cancel at short notice, or are a no show on the day, someone else will miss out. We normally accept only a maximum of 8-12 people (both members and visitors) on any trip.

Since we normally return from trips between 5-7 pm, you should not normally commit to other activites on the evening of a trip.

All persons participating on this trip are required to follow the instructions of the leader, and sign an Acknowlegment of Risk prior to joining.
